Supervise the Civil construction works of the assigned site as per approved Civil drawings and materials to ensure execution of civil works in line with all specification and scope of works.
Record regular Site Supervision activities.
Maintain daily time card with work statues and hour.
To ensure close monitoring of contractors’ Civil work progress activities.
Attend progress meetings with Contractors and Consultants.
Manage the site labor with won technic.
Manage the procurement of materials and workers necessary to complete the project in time.
Communicate the companies Safety policies.
Worked with a team, with project Manager, Project Engineers, Consultants and clients to achieve the project scope.

Collecting all working drawing from respective department.
Setting up quality assurance system for the project.
To sit for meeting with Project Engineer 7 Staff weekly at least once.
Monitoring, Quality Control, Supervision of all kinds Construction work, reporting daily project work progress, update daily project work activity and fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
Responsible for building Lay-out, Project leveling as per drawing.
Estimation of materials as per drawing and specification.
Taking care for safety, Risk analysis for safety, Provide PPE for all officers and workers, Ensuring Safety measure for all kinds of Construction work and Keeping daily safety record and submit to concern department.
Conduct Safety meeting with responsible person and workers for different construction phase work.
