1 Studying, pricing, Quantities surveying and contracting for Mechanical Works.
2 Design (redesign) HVAC, Fire Fighting, water supply and drainage systems including Hydraulic calculation for pumps & heat load calculation.
3 Preparing shop drawing in accordance with the approved design drawings and materials / equipment.
4 Preparing Technical and financial comparison sheets for subcontractors and suppliers offers for the purpose of audit and matching with project specification and negotiation to reach to the final rates before submit for approval or contracting.
7 Collecting Quotations from Companies after make deeply study of related items.
8 Preparing and reviewing Companies profile and materials catalogs for approval of (subcontractors, suppliers, brands and Model no.) to supply the required materials for site execution.
9 Schedule the materials submittals required for approvals in accordance with project schedule.
10 Follow up and Coordinate with site engineers to Finalize the mechanical works requirements, from the beginning until testing, commissioning and primary and final handover.
