Looking over the Project SAVE & GO Powered by Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt Ltd - a
mobile pro marketing for General Trade Market. Responsibilities handled in this role for Hyderabad
& Secunderabad regions:
- Primary billing & territory distribution.
- Product marketing across general trade market.
- Assigning and finalizing targets to distributor & retailers in designated territory.
- Analysis on daily, weekly, monthly sales and target achievements.
- Daily market visit to ensure that all retailers got proper merchandise setup.
- Conduct weekly and monthly business review.
- Implementing company strategies in order to streamline flow of business.
- Sales planning & forecasting during new product launch.
- Training of team members, retailers with briefing of action plans.
- Ensure to address the queries of Retailers & get resolves it effectively.
- Ensure all claims and Credit Notes follow-up till it is settled by the distribution, retailers and the
company.

Responsibilities handled in this role:
- Operational activities of Department’s & the Store.
- Analysis projection on sales & target for the department’s & the store.
- Taking care of Shift’s Briefing’s & ensures to allocate each of them should have individual &
departmental targets.
- Ensure the Promos/Offers on a finger tip which makes easier to reach their goals & drive the
same where numbers to be rolled out.
- Managing the store Profit & loss account within the budget.
- Be a Part of Weekly & Monthly Business Review with Category Head, Cluster Manager &
Regional Manager.
- Coordinate with Categories & Management for support on Stock Level & point of sale.
- Coordinate with Category & Brands for Training sessions for staff.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser Team to get the VM’s, Fixtures & visibility of department's
& store should be as per Plano & Ensuring the clear cut communication for customers through
VM & signage’s on Promo & Offers.
- Planning & implementation of manpower roaster, recognizing & rewarding the staff
performance.
- Looking into customer queries & providing the best solutions & services in order to ensure the
customer should be satisfied.
- Ensuring regularly review to meet desired standards & coordination with all departments for
operations effectiveness.
- Focus on daily, weekly & monthly growth with all other Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure daily, weekly & monthly physical inventory as global inventory is done & ensure the
store Plano implementations is done as per category line up.
- Daily floor walk’s to track the products are in proper line-up and placed in a respective
department wise with the SEL’s promo Offers & Schemes.
- Follow-up with CRM Dept to ensure happy callings for after sales, product delivery &
installations, or any further support required at customer place.
- Track on Credit Note's to be in clearance from all the respective departments.
