1. Review all fire Protection systems (Mechanical), Design Fire protection
systems, and preparing of fire calculation reports for the buildings according
to SBC & NFPA requirements. The systems include:
- Fire Fighting system.
- Smoke control system (Smoke extractions, Ventilation, and
pressurizations)
2. Approve fire Protection drawings for projects from the civil defense.
3. Inspection, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems.
4. Hand over a project to civil defense
5. Site visits & surveys for the new or existing building with preparing reports for
the fire protection systems in collaboration with teams to comply with
required codes and standards.
6. Prepare and attend related meetings with project teams and with AHJ to
approve the fire protection systems.
7. Prepare BOQ and technical offers of the fire protection systems.
8. Supervision of installations of fire protection systems.
9. Planning and coordinating the fire protection system works with related
teams in all stages (design, review, Civil defense approval, site inspection,
testing, and handover to civil defense stages.
10. Preparing and reviewing the sequence of operation of the fire protection/fire
alarm system and cause and effect matrixes ( C&E) to ensure that the fire
protection systems are integrated.

•Implement overall design, engineering and documentation of fire protection and detection systems and other related equipment in accordance to Project Contracts / Specifications, Client's requirements and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• have thorough knowledge of Industry and International codes and standards such as NFPA, IBC, IFC, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, SEC etc.
•Ensure appropriate checking & review of all designs/drawings relating to Water Based Systems, Foam Suppression Systems, Gas Suppression Systems, Chemical Suppression Systems, Fire & Gas Detection and Alarm Systems, before release at any revision status
•Validate completed drawings for accuracy of design, dimensions, material specification etc.
•Undertake identification, study, evaluation and recommendations of fire protection and detection systems and designs for various facilities and installations.
•Promptly review design changes during project execution and incorporate lessons-learned into ongoing and future design works.
Wet and Dry systems, Fire Suppression Systems ( FM200, NOVEC1230, CO2, Wet Chemicals ) and fire alarm systems all as per NFPA .
- Estimation for all fire fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
