Operations Shift Manager (January 2013 - July 213)
➢ Manage all terminal operations during a shift in accordance with plans within the parameters of customer requirements, management direction and safe working practices to achieve maximum levels of productivity and customer service by optimum utilization of recourses
➢ Ensure that all personnel within the shift work efficiently to meet Terminal goals, including the external suppliers.

Deputy Operations Manager (January 2012 - December 2012)
➢ Responsible for the leadership and direction for staff and the day to day operations of the Terminal. This position provides input for effective execution for operating at optimal levels, within operating opportunities and constraints.
➢ Main task is to maintain and create safe working conditions while ensuring and maintaining a high productivity and cost efficient operation.
➢ Member of the operations management team and having an indirect influence on the execution of the operations at the facility.

➢ Working in a shift system under the direction of the Shift Manager supervising all Container Terminal operational staff working and coordinate Quay/Yard operations within the parameters of customer requirements and safe working practices to achieve maximum levels of productivity and service by optimum utilization of available terminal resources

Gate Superintendent (December 2006 - August 2007)
➢ Working under the direction of the Shift Manager supervising all port gate operational staff and the appointment section. Responsible for setting up working procedures for the gate and appointment section and ensuring adequate training for the staff. Liaison with customs officials to ensure adherence to the customs regulations with respect to cargo release and acceptance.
