Assigning task given by Zain Optimization teams to Drive Test teams.
Completely responsible for collecting the customer complaints opened tickets from Zain portal, assigning it to Drive Tester & analysing their feedback & log files, finding the resolution and closing the ticket.
Coordinating with Drive Test Engineers for their daily and weekly tasks
Collecting log files from Drive testers and preparing reports using TEMS DISCOVERY 10.0.2 & Genex Assistant.
Analysing Drive Test log files and finding the reason for Poor coverage, Interference, Drop calls and other issues.
Preparing SSV reports for new 3G/4G sites . In case of cross feeder or any other issues, discuss with optimizer and coordinate with concerned team to fix it.
Extensive use of Google Earth Professional and MapInfo Professional to find out the location of given Cells and Clusters.
Responsible for distribution of petty cash to the Drive Testers monthly wise.
Responsible for Drive Testers Iqama, Passport related issues; in case of expiry collect Iqama and send it to Shabakkat HR dept.
Handling customer complaints & Preparing Powerful related reports (Complaint definition, Requirements, Actions, Conclusions and Change Requests).
Cluster optimization report with recommendations for hard actions regarding site configuration (Antenna Azimuth, height & Tilts).
Performed Volte/VoWiFi test using Apple’s iTester. In case of any failed event at good RF conditions, directly communicate with Zain Optimization Manager & Huawei IMS team.
Performing 2G/3G/4G Drivetest according to the request.
Performing SSV for 2G/3G/4G for new sites. It Includes Site Audit, MO-MT calls, MO-MT SMSs, GPRS/Data Upload-Download Test, LTE CS Fall-back Test, 3G-4G Reselection test, 2G-3G Reselection Test, Swap Test in all technologies.
Data testing 3G/4G (Upload and Download from FTP server) using FileZilla Software.
Performing Drive Test Using TEMS SYMPHONY Qvoice with scenarios like 3G/4G Benchmark Upload & Download, Benchmark 2G & 3G Voice calls, 3G & 4G ping test, etc.
Conducting Cluster Drive periodically & finding Problems in site and solving it.(like Swap, Missing Handover & Call Drops).
Hajj project cluster Drive Using TEMS Symphony to compare MOS (Mean Opinion Score)& other RF parameters of Zain with other two operators.
Attending Customer Complaints and solving their problems by performing physical changes in the site.
Performing Walk Test in Malls, Offices and other customer locations using TEMS Investigation and TEMS Pocket.
3G/4G Throughput test in random 25 locations inside Riyadh Cities.

Completed 4 Years Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Comminication.
