• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
• Co-ordinate with RTA (Road and Transport Authority) for any new curriculum changes
• Maintaining documents & Analysis reports as per ISO Standard - Quality Management System (QMS)
• Support Business Development Managers in general business development activity where necessary, for example with events, networking, investor visits etc.
• Research and analyze market conditions and opportunities
• Promote initial follow ups for sales prospects of the product
• Coordinate with the marketing, sales, technical and administrative departments
• Good handling and preparation of sales status reports in MS-Office Word, Excel etc.
• Conduct and coordinate marketing employee meetings and conferences
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate product offers, and mail daily rates to regular clients
• Maintaining professional strong working relationship with external and internal customers, colleagues, and customer service management
