➢ Actively associated with signing of MoU with Boeing Corporation in 2007 for purchase of four 777-300 ER aircraft, four 787 aircraft and two 737 aircraft, invitation of RFP for PDP payment (junior loan of $114 million USD) and finalisation of the agreement with Eastern Bank as lead arranger.
➢ Actively associated with invitation of RFP to arrange funding from Exim Bank ($252 million USD) and finalization of the agreement with J.P. Morgan under guarantee from Exim Bank.
➢ Active participation as 'Coordinator of Contract' in negotiation and finalisation of purchase of 777-300 ER aircraft from Boeing Corporation in 2011 and for obtaining all required approval/clearance from all relevant state authorities.
➢ Received delivery of first 777-300 ER aircraft from Boeing Corporation factory at Seattle, Washington, USA in October 2011.
➢ Prepared and finalised GSA, PSA Agreement with different travel agents both home & abroad.
