Responsible for all LAN elements (responsible for configuration routers and DHCP and troubleshooting the LAN).Basic knowledge on mail server “Microsoft exchange 2010” (responsible for two cluster mail servers (mailbox check the sync between them and add new emails and groups and remove emails and groups and troubleshooting any issues with the sync and the load balancing and emails problems sending and receiving). Responsible for Storage server (add new accounts with new folder with specific permission and upload files). Active Directory users, Group and full centralized control .
Troubleshoot the point of sales and scales, and sending force price by networking using local networks and virtual LANs on the domain .Add new users on the system and remove the others depending on email from the human resource. Troubleshoot printers and LDT (Laser Data Transfer) by formatting and install new software.
I was working in Compliance and Risks Department as Information Security Clerk, where I was responsible to review the reports related to system access and report any exceptions or violations to the bank information security policy, also to review the configuration of the system security policies and recommend changes when required.
Knowledge Stations is an institute for the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications, where I was delivering courses in:

• Typewriting
Archiving and documenting contracts and other documents for big companies like Orange, banks, … etc.
