As An Accountant (computerize Account under Accounting Package "Oracle financials (ORION) ERP solution"
• Responsible for drawing trial balance, Balacesheet, Profit & loss A/c, MIS report.
• Prepare monthly accounts together with financial reports e.g. expenses details, debtors & creditors aging, stock flow sheet, accruals report, commission statements and other related reports.
• Establishing L. C's and keeping track of Trust Receipt (T.R) Loans and all banking transactions relating Import & Export and routine.
• Completing all Import & Export Documentation formalities (Bank and Ports & Customs)
• Reconciling bank Statements, Preparing customer Invoices, Monthly receivable & payable statements
• Correspondence with stakeholders of the organization.
• Maintaining Accounting records in clear concise fashion with the Institution and General Accounting conversation and the requirements of the auditors reporting procedure.
• HR Accounting aspects like Payroll, Overtime, End of Service Benefits, Pension, salesman commission and incentives etc
• Assist in directing, supervising and coordinating activities of lower accounting subordinates and gives instruction and guidelines in work methods and procedures.
• Monitoring internal auditing, accounts documents.
