• Using Oracle Core Automotive Solution for Registration, Ordering and Reservation of Quoted Parts and Supplying of Parts to Service Department.

Inventory Control Supervisor
• Responsible for maintaining highest Guest Delete Index(GDI) providing Parts to Guest from KSA and Japan
and given high support to Sales associate in boosting sales WShop and Front Counter.
• Daily stock Ordering and receiving of parts from PDC and Centers. Maintain stock level by reviewing
inventory control code, special control code and ordering parameter and clearing all GIT(Good in Transit).
• Good in Business Development Skills, Sales, Customer Loyalty and relationship building. And given training
to Management Trainee.
• Controlling the Entire spare parts warehouse Operations like all parts ordering, receiving and confirming after binning. Updating PDR (parts discrepancy report). Center Flash Report.
• Analyzing inventory performance and maintain high service rate, Low stock months and High Stock
Effiency also prepare all part Sales Report and staff incentive report.
• Conducting perpetual stock take (monthly) and annual stock taking every year keeping low variance and
responsible for Buy back and dead stock clearance.
• Record all Stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare all types of reports (sales, inventory and finance).
• Updating Retail control Board for visitor( Higher Management from HO, TMC Japan and Others countries)
• Daily Stock and VOR parts ordering with PDC and receiving by confirmation for sale.
• Clearing outstanding parts GIT and PDR’s, BBK and Dead stock and prepare all type report for HO and
Finance( like flash repot and staff incentive repot etc.).
• Train & Support to users for inventory module.
• Prepare summary of All center W/shop service rate report for higher management HO.
•Communicating with center and keeping there all record( stock, Sales and annual stocktaking result).
