Project description: Peninsula Jumeirah living business bay is A 35-storey building is sixth phase of the Peninsula from developer Select Group, the Peninsula is having 82 residential units which includes 2BR to 4BR apts in the range in size from 2, 000sft to 4, 220sft, 4BR & 5BR, half penthouses of 5, 130 sft and 5BR duplex penthouses of 6, 026 sft Penthouse cover an area of 9, 656 sft. In addition to this amenities are accessible to a pool deck, GYM, Spa, children’s indoor play area, Cinema Theater & Indoor golf, meeting space, and lounge area.

Role: As an Interior design Sr. Associate, I’ve been assigned to take over the project from the Concept design stage and lead the team to deliver the Tender package within 40 working days, which includes close coordination with all disciplines such as Operator, Developer, Architects, MEP & HVAC, AV, Acoustics, Signage, and Spa, as well as taking local authorities and international standard requirements into consideration.
During the development of the Schematic and Tender Packages, I've actively took client change requests to alter chosen areas to upgrade into value added spaces and incorporate them in the continuing deliverable package for approvals. I’ve met the deadline and gained the client's thanks for my individual and collective efforts

Project Description:
Plot size approximately 190sqyds. G+4 3BHK Apartments, on each floor has one independent apartment with Guest sitting area with Powder room, Master Bedroom with Attached Bathroom, 2 Secondary Bedrooms with Common Bathroom, Living & Dining Room, Kitchen and Utility Balcony. Dedicated Car & Bike parking facility for each individual apartment. Open to sky Convention terrace with amenities.

Responsibilities: Leading Project from the front line concept design through the construction documentation package and site management deliverables,
I lead the project in terms of design aspects on site which includes.
Meeting with clients and other trades for kick-off meetings and presenting designs for approvals by the client.
Leading design team to reach delivery milestones on time.
Coordination with the engineering departments to guarantee that all design packages are appropriately included allowing contractors to work on site without interruptions.
Raising tender documents for each individual trades and assigning subcontractors.
Visiting construction sites and supervising contractors and administrative personnel.
Resolving site concerns immediately by taking no variation claims of time and cost by contractor into account.
RFIs response, shop drawings & material submission approvals,
Progress meetings, workshop sessions, and site walks & inspections, snagging reports, and job quality monitoring Issuing.

Hotel & Residential Towers Is Having 450 Keys Comprising Studio, 1&2 BR Fully Furnished Hotel Apartments Along Golf Yard Facing F&B & Other Amenities.

Responsibilities included obtaining client approval on initial front line concepts design and schematic design packages and proceeding with further developments at the actual site in collaboration with other trades such as Lead Architecture, MEP & HVAC, Security, IT, AV, Acoustics, Signage, Artwork, and the Main Contractor to prepare a fully coordinated design package for subcontractors to produce shop drawings and begin the work immediately.
It was a successful experiment in which we attempted to reduce the length of the design development process owing to the limited time available to deliver the project.
Aside from that, I was directing the project on-site, which included creating extra value-added areas per the client's request and presenting them on-site for final approval.
Assuring that the design packages are appropriately included in order for the contractor to continue work on site without interruption.
Daily site visits with the lead consultant and client to assist the main contractor and subcontractors on site to resolve site issues by providing instant solutions via sketches as per the site condition while keeping in mind the main contractor's no variation claims of time and cost,
Responding RFIs, review & approval of shop drawings & material submittals
Progress meetings
Pre-workshop meetings with subcontractor to develop shop drawings for quick approvals to save valuable time
Snagging reports and site inspections
Assisting procurement teams with alternate solutions for unavailability/Value engineering materials based on control samples,
While also managing and mentoring in-house and site teams.
