• Implementing Health, Safety and Environment system in Projects.
• Conducting HSE Committee meetings and promote safety among employees and contractors.
• Organizing various campaigns and outreach programs to increase awareness towards Safety.
• Imparting HSE training to company staff and contractors.
• Evaluation and approval of Personal Protective Equipment for contractors.
• To Co-Ordinate with HSE manager in ensuring compliance to projects HSE plan and general safety rules and procedures.
• Ensure all the personnel involved with the works are aware of their responsibilities, safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain continuous inspection of site activities, advice and train the personnel involved on daily basis to prevent accidents, personnel injury or property damages.
• Responsible for ensuring that safety systems, policies and Procedures are in place understood and followed.
• Review all accidents / incidents and near misses reporting on Proper forms in a timely fashion.
• Always see for safe work environment.
• Conduction daily toolbox talks, Safety Trainings, Safety Awareness Programs & Inductions.
• Conducting Monthly meeting.
HSE Inductions (Basic Induction) to new arrivals and Visitors.
Various training for workforce including:-
JHA Awareness,
Working at heights,
H2s Awareness,
Defensive driving,
Lifting & Rigging,
E-Permit to work Awareness,
Excavation Awareness,
Fire Extinguisher,
Refresher training.
