Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Managing Petty Cash transactions related with daily Expenses.
➢ Invoice Generation and Accounts Receivable.
➢ Receiving, verifying and clearing all Accounts Payables.
➢ Banking, processing Bank deposit and associated finance entries.
➢ Preparation, processing and monitoring of Tenders & Quotations.
➢ Preparation, processing and monitoring of Tender Bonds & Performance Bonds.
➢ Analysis of financial statements and interpretation of financial stability of the firm.
➢ Prepare Income Statement & Balance sheet.
➢ Preparation of Budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Managing Petty Cash transactions.
➢ Invoice Generation and end to end Accounts Receivable.
➢ Generate various Statement of Accounts and timely follow up for payments.
➢ Record Receipt from Customers upon settlement of Invoice.
➢ Receiving, verifying, recording, and paying all Accounts Payables.
➢ Preparation of ageing analysis of receivables and payables.
➢ Substantiate financial transactions by Auditing documents.
➢ Analyzing Trends in Revenues and Cost and take actions for continuous improvements.
➢ Banking, processing Bank deposit and associated finance entries.
➢ Preparation, processing and monitoring of LTR and Loan repayment schedules.
➢ Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement.
➢ Payroll preparation including Leave & Final settlement of employees.
➢ Analysis of financial statements and interpretation of financial stability of the firm.
➢ Prepare Income statement & Balance sheet.
➢ Preparation of MIS Report, Forecasting & Performance Evaluation.
