Project Manager (Mechanical Works)

Systems dealt with:
- DX, Chilled Water, and VRV HVAC systems.
- BMS.
- Wet Sprinkler, Clean Agent, and Water based Foam, Fire Protection Systems.
- Industrial Utilities Distribution Networks: Compressed Air, Steam Lines, Process and Purified Water Lines.
Tasks & Duties:
- Daily site tour
- Check: installation progress and quality, other trades on-site ongoing activities, safety precautions, site housekeeping.
- Observe and Rectify: Availability of Materials, Manpower, Equipment & Tools.
- Manage: inspection requests, update as-built drawings
- Review and Comment to (prior to submission): Shop Drawings, Material and Equipment, Calculations.
- Issue Material Requests,
- Highlight and record: Installation Progress (area and trade wise).
- Attend: Weekly meetings (along with Client’s Rep., Consultant, Project Manager).
Follow-up: Material requests and Deliveries, Shop Drawings, Technical Material Submittals, Consultant for Approvals and Responses.
Review: Progress vs Project Schedule, Look-ahead Plans and Schedules, Suppliers Technical and Financial Proposals.
-Issue Reports: Monthly Progress Reports, Monthly Payment Certificate, Labor and Staff Working Hours timesheets.
Evaluation: Performance of Progress, highlight and pinpoint/ locate weakness areas, Remaining works.

Tasks & Duties:
- Issue: Material, Calculations, and Shop Drawings Submission Schedules.
- Estimate and Calculate: Cooling Loads, Pumps Capacities
- Issue: Equipment Schedules (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Chilled Water Pumps, Ventilation Fans, Air Outlets Schedules, BMS IO Schedules and Panels, Sanitary Fixtures Schedules).
- Manage: Coordination Shop Drawings (MEP Utilities vs Structural and Architectural).
- Refer to and Apply Relevant Practice Standards: ASHRAE, NFPA, UPC.
Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & BMS)
- Project: New OSD Facility Pfizer Saudi (KAEC)
Tasks and Duties:
- Design BMS and EMS Systems (based upon conceptual design drawings).
- Check quality of installation works (HVAC and Fire Protection Systems).
- Troubleshoot Problems (in other projects completed by the company. e.g, MARS Factory (KAEC), AZMIL Control Valves (DAMMAM), AL-MARAIE Deopt (HAIL City).
