Developed and analysis Financial models for existing projects and new opportunities. Participate in the development of business cases to quantify benefit of performance improvement initiatives. Perform capital budgeting, including conducting scenario analysis for Projects.

Developed and maintain project portfolio dashboard contain major project appraisal KPIs such as IRR, NPV, PI, Adjusted Payback period, etc. which helped the top management to have an aerial view at SBU level. Dashboard enabled top management to view KPIs of all projects in the SBU.

Contributed to Strategy 2025 by developing the projection up to 2025 of individual products for entire SBU, which enable the business as well as the corporate strategy to evaluate and thereby provided unbiased project evaluation within, constrain period. Played an active role in providing support for OTC strategy development.

Led and participated in creating and delivering SABIC risk assessment presentations related to Enterprise Risk Management planning and performance management (ERM - Carbon Fiber and Business plan for 2014). Represent SBU on the preparation of Decision & Risk Analysis guideline (Financial & Risk Modelling Project) for SABIC.

Selected Project Work includes -

► Market Study in Bahrain on the Cement Sector. For the study, the team conducted a desktop based secondary market research. Where ever primary research was applicable, telephonic research and personal meetings were held with people of the Cement Industry sector in Bahrain.
► Risk Analysis and Assessment of the procurement process related to contract entered into between the Ministry of Health and the contractor for the provisioning of comprehensive maintenance services related to medical equipment.
► Review of the Cement Market Study based on the original study done by Holtec, a field expert in Cement Sector. We checked the authenticity of the data and also whether the sources of information were accurate as described in the study.
► EY acted as a PMO on the verification of fixed assets physically and ran reconciliation with the fixed asset register to get a perfect accounting.
► Formulated a multinational, financially sound strategy to exploit the opportunity for establishing Hajj financing & saving scheme.
► Undertook a study on awqaf entities of selected countries with an intention of exploring the opportunities to improve the productivity and efficiency of assets of the awqaf entities.
► Prepared Concept papers on REITs and Hotel Management School.
► Prepared Teasers / broachers as the marketing tool to investments in foreign real estate and assisted in purchasing /acquiring of foreign companies (share capital).

Core responsibilities were updating the accounts in the back office.
