Raad Al Jadeed started up the Supply & Apply division 1st time in 2016 and appointed me to organize each and everything in this division.
My very good computer literacy in Word, Excel & Power Point helps me create concise, consistent, commercially aware presentations designed for KSA, documents & reports that pay meticulous attention to even the smallest details.

• Introduced Raad Al Jadeed - Building Solutions as Supply & Apply in Saudi Market.
• Organized Application Teams after searching the Skilled Applicators.
• Developed & Organized many things to help the Sales & Operations Dept. like different kinds of formats for including Letter Head Design, Quotation Format, and Reporting system, contact Database, Project Database, and Approval Database etc. Still busy in organizing each and everything.
Regional Sales & Specifications Manager - Western Region
National Paints entering 1st time in Saudi Market for Decorative & Protective & Marine Coatings business from the scratch to organize each & everything. I got the 1st Purchase Order in the Kingdom due to my relationship in market without establishing the proper infrastructure of the National Paint Company.
Working along with the Chairman directly to organize Showroom, Offices, Warehouse, hiring the staff and under construction new plant. I have joined to develop the National Paints Products in Western Region of Saudi Arabia through Sales & Specifications.
Having first been involved with the GCC team creating the strategies and my first task was to create a “Brand Awareness” for National Paints in KSA and its Products & benefits with Dealers, Retailers, Contractors, Applicators, Consultants, and Clients & Owners. I also visit key owners, consultants, ministries, contractors & applicators to specify our Paints & Coating systems on key projects and any available opportunity.

• Introduced National Paints & Coating systems to Key Contractors, Applicators, Architects, Consultants, Dealers, Traders, Clients, Owners and End users.
• I got the 1st Purchase Order in the Kingdom to start Sale.
• Working on for SASO, Aramco and Vender approvals to key clients in the KSA.
• I locate and find the Company Showroom & Office space to develop the regional office. Later it will be a HQ of Saudi Arabia.
• Developed many things to help the sales team like different kinds of formats for including Letter Head Design, Quotation Format, and Reporting system, contact Database, Project Database, and Approval Database etc.
• Still busy in organizing each and everything including Warehouse, Logistic arrangements and its staff etc. required for the Regional Office.

Regional Specifications Manager
When I joined it was a time of transforming Sumam Chemicals to Sika Saudi Arabia and I participated in the development with the support of our management team. I quickly developed the strategies, organisation & documents required to support the sales and specifications for Sika Saudi Arabia to penetrate into the sales & specification market in the western region.
I discovered no proper pre-qualification documents available. I created the documents ready to submit by designing the cover & back page, covering letter, contents, general information, quality standard, Sika information, product range, project references, and contact details with updating certificates of CR, Zakat, chamber of commerce, GOSI, ISO, SAGIA, factory operation and municipality etc.
From the beginning, no product submittal documents were available and sales team used to submit only datasheets. I organised more than 120 product submittal folders and designed the presentable front & back covers, dividers for datasheet, method statement, material approvals, test reports, project references etc. I purchased & organised the physical folder preparing machine with back and cover page, transparent sheets for cover page spirals of different sizes. This product submittal & pre-qualification database I have distributed to all the sales staff & other who required kingdom wide. I was preparing the submittals according to the project requirement for the sales staff.
I was maintaining project approvals, contact database, project database. In the mid of 2011, later it was modified & reorganized in a more advance manner all the database and created the shared drive for the whole kingdom.
I visited key consultants, architects, ministries, clients & owners at western region to specify Sika materials for projects and same time visited the contractors for D&B projects to specify Sika products. I was working along with the sales team for ongoing or under construction projects to recommend Sika products and breaking the competitor’s specifications and hand over to sales. I organized seminars and conducted several presentations in the region.
Key achievements include:
• Aramco Approval: Applied as manufacturer & supplier for Sika Saudi Arabia and got the 9com approval.
• Makkah Monorail project (3.75b US$): I tracked the project from scratch followed up properly with the contractor, consultant & client & got the approvals. I handed over the sales SR.10 million and sales person got the 2 awards that year in Sika.
• Haramain High Speed Railway project (7.12b US$): I got 15 No Sika approvals after submittal for 60 Sika products in 60 CDs and 180 hard copies.
• We specified in many iconic projects like: King Khalid University Abha, Abha Airport, Jizan Airport, Galleria and Kempinsky Hotel in western region.
