- Identifying power reduction projects and continually improve & optimize the plant to reduce power, ultimately striving for the plant to achieve the lowest possible power consumption.
- Trainer/coach to develop comprehensive process knowledge throughout the plant and new engineers.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for the Process Engineering area and ensure alignment with plant and company goals.
- Perform technical, economic, and operational feasibility analysis on proposed modifications, additions, or changes to the plant processes.
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance for all process areas to optimize plant equipment performance and utilize technical expertise to continuously determine, evaluate, and improve equipment and system performance.
