Commercial Aspects: Ensure timely and accurate execution of
commercial aspects in a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts. This
includes managing payments, claims, variation orders, warranties,
provisions, guarantees, and other financial aspects.

Subcontracts, and Supply Contracts. Ensure that all relevant contracts
contain appropriate terms and conditions to protect the concerned
party's interests.

Cost Tracking: Continuously track project costs and other financial

Value Engineering: Lead coordination efforts for value engineering,

Cost Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, monitor and
coordinate value engineering efforts, and manage contract change
control.
Client Relations: Develop and maintain professional relationships with
clients to ensure program and project requirements are met and
financial objectives are achieved.
Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and coordinate a team of cost,
contracts, and commercial managers within a live project environment.
Procurement Strategy: Work on development of procurement
procedures to achieve best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery
time.
Project Implementation: Ensure effective project implementation, utilize
project management systems to monitor purchases, invoicing, and
delivery status, and facilitate project closure.
Contract Strategy: Develop contract strategies based on client
