Cathodic Protection Engineer, Corrosion Engineer at Skylines

 Collect and interpret data, design CP systems for review by CP specialist.
 Review preliminary data, objectives and expectation and suggest appropriate engineering methods and procedures.
 Preparing periodic reports with respect to assigned tasks.
 Apply knowledge of basic engineering principles and corrosion theory to execute the projects.
 Provide technical supervision and technical assistance.
 Independently conduct various field tests (soil resistivity, structure potential, current requirement, etc.)
 Conduct interference testing and coordinate with clients.
 Prepare final client report with service recommendations.
 Submission of monitoring reports, CP system performance reports.
 Conduct post installation survey, identify and prepare system difficulties during operation.
 Monitoring, Trouble shooting and maintenance of Cathodic Protection facilities like Transformer Rectifier, Test Station, Anode ground beds.
 Prepare survey and design reports.
 Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly surveys of Tank bottoms, Underground Pipelines, Concrete structures and Cooling Towers.
 Coordinate and arrange all the necessary HSE requirements for the crews including permit to work (PTW) and formal procedures.
 Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Manager.
