Role: Planner Maintenance
Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate work schedules and job packages for planned preventive maintenance (PM) activities on equipment such as cleaning, oil top-up, and other maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal equipment efficiency and addressing corrective maintenance needs promptly in alignment with equipment priority, criticality, and safety considerations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare refurbishment job orders for valves, motors, seals, and spools, ensuring comprehensive coordination and adherence to technical specifications.
• Evaluate incoming notifications for relevance, urgency, and scope, determining appropriate action and prioritization.
• Prepare detailed work packages for motor and pump maintenance activities, including overhaul, inspection, repair, and replacement, and ensure availability of necessary spares and consumables.
• Develop weekly preventive and corrective job plans, scheduling activities and ensuring availability of required spares, consumables, and manpower.
• Establish and maintain a three-month lookahead schedule for PM plans, ensuring resource availability and coordinating with external stakeholders as needed.
• Plan and schedule shop and support service requests on a weekly basis, coordinating closely with area unit teams and support teams.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate refurbishment activities for equipment, including re-lining, servicing, and coating, as well as testing equipment calibration.
• Review and ensure material availability and allocate resources for job tickets and work orders.
• Support material master number creation and requisition, identifying spares and procuring necessary materials in SAP MM module.
• Coordinate daily and weekly meetings related to work clearance, equipment release, and planned downtime for maintenance activities.
• Gather relevant documentation, including PM plans, repair-alteration sheets, and manuals, to support contractors and maintenance teams during repair or alteration activities.
• Execute alterations in maintenance records and update key equipment details, ensuring appropriate reorder levels for significant spares.
• Contribute to minimizing production downtime through proactive maintenance planning and compliance with prescribed standards for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Safety Integrity Level (SIL), and Mechanical
Moinuddin Mohammed
Integrity Category (MICE) rated equipment.
• Plan lineup of rotating and static equipment for preventive maintenance activities, coordinating with in-house craftsmen and external vendors.
• Assist engineering in preparing spare parts and PM lists for new equipment installations.
