• Manage & execute projects in pipeline for both short and long term ensuring profitable growth for the company.
• Identify, analyze and research prospects to create and improve business opportunities.
• Provide conceptual and sustainable lighting solutions to architects, contractors, consultants and end clients.
• Provide value engineered solutions to projects with budget constraints and deliver within the deadline.
• Prepare technical submittals, O&M manuals, specification sheets and other support documents.
• Prepare accurate timely sales reports and forecasts for management with complete project information .
• Manage key accounts by maintaining effective relationship to generate profitable business.
Prepare valid quotations, presentations, BOQ, specification sheets and technical submittals for tendered and on-going projects.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements to provide a cost-effective solution.
• Establishing new, maintaining relationship with existing customers.
• Perform lighting calculations, ROI and payback period.
• Attend technical meetings for projects.
• Provide on-site assistance in projects & supervise installation, if needed.
• Making the best use of LED technology to optimize the overall costs and efficiency considering long term investment and sustainability.
• Estimating cost of material in-line with customer's requirement.
• Overseeing the production process and ensuring that it is cost-effective.
• Drafting a time scale for the job.
•Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control program.
• Responsible for selection and maintenance of equipment by supervising and motivating a team of workers.
• Reviewing worker performance on daily basis.
• Liaising among different departments such as procurement, sales and service ensuring smoothness in operation.
• Maintain effective cooperation with managers to implement company policies and goals.
