 Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.  Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure the network is secure and properly configured.  Implement network upgrades, updates, and security patches to maintain optimal performance and security.  Manage and administer servers, both physical and virtual, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.  Monitor server performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable server operation.  Install, configure, and maintain software applications across the organization's devices and systems.  Ensure software licenses are properly managed and comply with legal requirements.  Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with vendors for support as needed.  Develop and implement data backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.  Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.  Respond to user inquiries and service requests via a helpdesk or ticketing system.  Train users in software applications, best practices, and cybersecurity awareness.  Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and hardware replacements.  Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and initiatives.  Configure and troubleshoot peripherals such as computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, scanners, and external storage devices.  Ensure proper connectivity and functionality of peripheral devices.  Coordinate hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance.
