• Full responsibility and ownership of each stage in the process of all tasks connected with managing the Fetchr Clients.
• Monitor pick up schedules/requests and send the Drivers with all needed information and insure they have the needed Pouches & Cartoons.
• Ensure Shipments are scanned when picked up from the Client and a list is created automatically on Companies ERP.
• Following with the Drivers to insure they are reaching the client on time.
• Update Daily report on companies ( ERP ) system with the shipments number on daily basis.
• Supervising the Drivers on all aspects and report their deviations on time to the Line Manager.
• Handles logistics department with loading/unloading and support in warehouse management.
• Follows-up with clearing agents for ensuring expeditious clearance of assignments, where relevant.
• Perform other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Implement strategic and operational planning of logistics operations, fleet management and mechanical workshop operations.
• Review data to monitor performance and plan improvements in materials delivery performance.
• Ensure effective management of fleet operations and timely and efficient delivery of materials to internal customers.
• Schedule all jobs and manages the performance of the logistics system as well as provide analysis to troubleshoot issues & bottlenecks.
• Review and implement refinements, improvements, and enhancements to ensure that the most efficient methods are employed in all areas of logistics.
• To motivate agents and communicates various updates about products and services
• To attend calls and provide customer service regarding Amber Industrial Engineering Trading & Est.
• To handle customer Query efficiently and resolve all issues in first instance
• Work closely with the Project Managers to understand projects requirements and assists project based staff in resolving problems in the use of logistics systems, as well as optimizing the logistics management.
● Arrange & making presentation to the end-users particularly in Industrial equipments.
● Arrange the direct purchase to the end-user by providing unique information will be written to purchase requested in favor to the company.
