Booking loads daily for all the free trucks available.
Managing the fleet of trucks assigned and checking driver schedules.
Running a fully operational dispatching service.
Coordinating drivers and crews to send them to appropriate jobs.
Giving detailed logistical instructions to dispatchers.
Planning out routes and then communicating these routes to drivers.
Handling customer complaints or directing to appropriate department.
Maintaining records related to delivery and customer receipt.

2. Fleet Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing the Entire Fleet of trucks and also the dispatchers.
Responsible for creating new business opportunities for the company.
Coordinating the daily operations of Dispatchers and Assigned trucks.
Developing new and time efficient strategies so that there is a regular business in the company.
Responsible for scheduling all dispatchers for the week and filling in any spots left vacant by unscheduled absenteeism.
Responsible for hiring, training all dispatch personnel.
Coordinate with the sales and production department
Verify purchase orders and submit copy of dispatch to the account department
Brief employees on safety issues and ensure enforcement of company policies and procedures
Identifying any operational and regulatory risks, and then escalating as appropriate

3. Operations Incharge
Roles and Responsibilities:
Dealing with the leads passed by the supervisors and managers and creating business with new dealers and contractors
Regulation of payload and salaries of the drivers.
Coordinating with various fleet managers and dispatchers in efficient training of new employees joining the organization.
Coordinating with the HR and accounts team regarding any issues regarding employees
Maintain contact with all clients as well as outside vendors inclusive of issue resolution. Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
