Independent order fulfillment & commercial handling of IP Business
Supports the Order fulfillment for Business
Order clarification and placement to suppliers.
Verification of order confirmation from suppliers regarding delivery time and commercial terms
Risk evaluation and tracking
Tracking order status and delivery forecast
Follow up for customs clearance documentation, SNS Registrations.
Maintaining complete order documentation according to IMS regulations, preparing customer deliveries
Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciliation with warehouse data storage system.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods
Coordinate and handle import shipments for customs verification of non- dutiable and dutiable goods.
Check and process Duty and VAT payments as applicable for clearing and forwarding shipments.
Warehousing shipments held by custom authorities and releasing once custom duties and taxes are paid.
Tracking delivery progress of shipments.
Check import or export documentation to determine cargo contents and use tariff coding system to classify goods according to fee or tariff group.
