Liaise with various other departments in the embassy to plan and execute official events that include meetings, luncheons and dinners.
Train culinary staff at the embassy cafeteria, create and maintain systems to monitor stocks, product rotation and menu engineering.
Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of kitchens at the official residence and the embassy.
