•Identify and assess new business opportunities and develop business plans and financial models to analyze PE proposals

• Responsible for variance analysis and restaurant profitability analysis
• Involved in cost reduction by eliminating wastes thro’ production efficiency analysis
• Managed inventory reports and was responsible for month end inventory checks
• Actively involved in the migration of all purchase and sales information from legacy system to Oracle Financials 11i.
