•Working as a CAFM & Maximo Administrator, Administrative Services Supervisor with the below different roles and responsibilities: Responsible for the administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system from an Operational Maintenance Perspective. In conjunction with Management, carry out quality and performance checks and reviews in premises administered by Department. Reporting & monitoring all work carried out by in-house staff and Contractors, for both planned maintenance and reactive, ensuring it is recorded against the appropriate asset and that all spares and materials used are recorded against the correct asset. CAFM / Maximo Administrator (Version: IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.0.3; Server DB: Microsoft SQL Server 11.0): Troubleshoots and resolves Maximo user problems, Provide User support by phone, emails and problem tickets. Assigns application access rights, authorizations, limits and tolerances to users. Modify Maximo application using Application Designer to meet customer requirements Use Workflow application to create and/modify workflows for Maintenance Request, Work Order applications etc. Manage multiple Maximo environments and support the development and testing processes in the areas of data configuration, work flow administration, security and deployment. Conduct system testing as necessary. Correcting & checking the Report using Eclipse BIRT Report tool as per the requirement. Data loading through MxLoader. Make Maximo logon screen / Start Center modifications and Result Sets graph. Assist users as necessary in support of activities and update incident management system. Creates and maintains organizations and sites, and establishes application options. Creates and maintain person records, security groups, and users. Creates and maintains Asset locations, Purchase contracts, Classifications. Acts as a liaison between IT Support department and Maintenance Department Experienced in application support / User help desks. Provide Training new and current employees of Helpdesk & FMD management staffs and contractors on Maximo in all Modules of Maximo Application: Maintenance Request: Generating & Routing of Online Maintenance Request as per Work Flow Purchasing: Creation of Purchasing Request (PR) & Purchasing Order (PO) Inventory / Material Management: Adding & Updating Inventories as per item Availability in Stores Asset Management: Adding of Assets and Using them in Different Modules Work Orders & RFQ: Creation of Work Orders & RFQ's (Cost Estimation Report) Gate Pass: Creation of Gate Pass
