o Supply chain operation control manger 2003-2011 @ Henkel Egypt:
o Preparing budget (i.e. activity based costing), outlook and forecasting Supply Chain budget.
o Support plant Managers for decision making via providing feasibility studies of investment (ROI -DCF - Cost benefit analysis)
o Support marketing and finance analysis for financial pictures of product costing or special activities.
o Quantify savings and additional costs for projects (i.e. production line revamping efficiency increase - implementation of new formulation).
o Cost behavior, variance analysis, and takes the necessary corrective actions.
o Reporting for key performance indicators in order to measure the activities and evaluate the performance (i.e. processing cost - production line efficiency).
o SAP Master data for production resources and insure the product calculation ABC and recipe ratios.
o Regional reports and projects covering supply chain activity and product launching.
