& Outdoor maintenance.
• Schedule Essential Actions & high priority activities (Managing people, deal with teams on personal issues,
Coaching & supervision, essential maintenance task).
• Preparing & managing of maintenance budget.
• Daily meeting with technicians, providing them plan for the day and collecting reports/updates of
previous day tasks to sales team.
• Responsible for emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Developing of KPI and evaluation with service providers KPI’s for performance & service review.
• Preparation of AMC schedule and updating activities on timely basis in SAP.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of maintenance department.
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance PPM schedule ensure full preventative maintenance is
carried out.
• Maintains manufacturing assets and facility parts inventory, raise purchase requisition.
• Responsible for planning, execution, invoicing and closing of work orders
• Preparation of weekly, monthly report for submitting to sales Director & management.
• Preparation of Method statement, Risk assessment to get the approval of work from RTA, trakhees and
other government bodies
• Dealing with RTA chief Engineer and inspectors to keep our sites maintained and avoid any concerns/fines
raised by them.

• Plan work orders with the manpower, service, and material requirements, raise move orders, release orders
or purchase requisitions if needed.

• Achieved all India 2nd position, “BEST IDEA ROBOT AWARD” in National Robotics contest held at Pune (India) -2013 • State level 2nd position in developing & fabrication of Rube Goldberg Machine.
