Investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards and

These issues and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations
• Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts, and benefits for employees and
review
Payroll reports and timesheets
• Provide job training and mentor team members as needed
• Assist in tax calculations and filing activities as per IRS regulations
• Respond to payroll queries from employees promptly
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions and that the payroll system is up-to-date
• Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger
• Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
• Ensure the company’s banking operations
• Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
• Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose a possible resolution for any discrepancies
• Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos
