My Roles and Responsibilities :-
-Being Recruitment Consultant, i do the initial screening of credentials via telephone and
discuss the position briefly and verify that the candidate is indeed still interested in the
position and falls within the budget parameters of the position.
-Understanding the requirements thoroughly, screening and short listing the candidates
based on the requirement.
-Sourcing resumes from Job portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkdein
Posting jobs on job portals.
-Responsible for Sourcing & Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications & skills
meet the requirement.
-Briefing the candidates about the job profile and about organization.
-Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest &
availability. Scheduling interviews.
-Regular contact with the Candidates till they are on board
Characteristics of good recruitment coordinator :-
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be tactful and articulate
Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
Be an excellent judge of character
Be motivated and results driven
Be able to act quickly and decisively
Have good IT skills
Have a good eye for detail
Have excellent organisational skills
Daily interaction with labour regarding any issue related to construction machinery.
* Machinery handled as a supervisor included JCB wheeled loader(4 30 zx plus), JCB skid
steel loader(robot I 35), JCB compactor(vmt 860), JCB tracked elevator (JS 81), Tata ace,
Mahindra Bolero
* Scheduling of vehicle maintenance.
* Keeping track of vehicle service history in order to have proper time to time service.
INTERN| AAKAR ENTERPRISES- GOA (BAND 1 MARKETING DIVISION)
* Was assigned to promote new product i.e wood finished ACP window panels.
* Worked with the marketing team in promoting the product to multinational hotels like
Park Hyatt Goa, Radisson Blue, Sinq Beach resorts, The Belmonte and known
construction developers like Alcon Construction, Mathias construction etc.
* Designed a Catalog for showcasing new products.
