Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible for construction activities like excavation, foundation, PCC, waterproofing, RCC and shuttering, casting concrete, masonry for brick work and plastering, tile laying and other works up to completion.
• Managing all the interior work as per the working drawings approved.
• Ensure that all the re-bar works are done as per the structural drawings approved by the structural engineer.
• Responsible for the 3D design and interior.
• Ensure that all Site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resources utilization to maximize the output.
• Ensure safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects.
• Monitor and records Site progress and maintain records of day to day works.
• Organizing and attending all the project related meetings.
• Preparation of weekly report of the work done and report of work to be done further.
• Preparation of weekly BOQ of all the sites.
• Inspecting of material required and ordering as per requirement.
• Responsible for material planning & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipment at cost effective price.
• Ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower-technical (designers, and other supervisory staff), trade man, skilled and unskilled labour.
• Confirms to all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and security.
• Coordinating with Client during the execution of the project.
