Manages the CIB Digital Products Portfolio of API Banking & Data Services, Relationship Management Services and Transaction Banking Core Services. Currently Managing the Portfolio of 60 Million AED for Y-2023 with CAPEX & OPEX break up of 48 Million AED & 12 Million AED Respectively. Actively partners with Product, Design and Technology stakeholders to align solutions with program objectives within an Agile delivery culture. Have led large transformation Migration Programs staring from Migration strategy definition, technical architecture conclusion, execution and closure. Expert in defining & managing large transformation program releases as a RTE maintaining and controlling the Release roll-out across multiple Domains.

Acting as a liaison between Product, IT, and Implementation teams to understand customer demand for new features and help prioritize the product roadmap for the Squad Product Owners. Prepare the end-to-end Project plan; liaise with various leads, Business groups, end Client and external vendors Requirement Understanding/Analysis, design and development, Testing, implementation, and support. Identify and manage the project level Risk and Issues, highlight those to senior management which require their attention and intervention Manage the project through various phases from initiation to Production handover, in accordance with the criteria laid down by change control Board. Project Status preparation and reporting to end Client and senior Management. Sought for excellent communication and interpersonal acumen, exceed all expectations as primary contact for project kickoffs, development, testing, management of mission-critical issues and risks, and launch. Oversee all phases of development to guarantee the best possible results, monitoring workflow and facilitating execution of all mission critical large projects. Was as Integral part of T24 Core Banking Transformation across 5 Entities (KSA, DXB, QAT, LON & PAK). Acted as a Technical expert for Core Banking Transformation Program Replacing Legacy Core Banking System to Temenos T24 in addition to managing overall Program. Was a lead member in designing of new Interface System for Non-Migrating applications. Conduct workshops with product, technical teams in providing the functional specification requirements for interface development in line with T24 build releases.
