Managing, monitoring the performance of and working as part of a team of communication engineers and planners.
Agreeing project budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
Undertaking site surveys and checklists.
Producing, testing and implementing designs according to the shop drawings and Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.
Creating test procedures for each stage completed (fire alarms system, fire extinguishers).
Producing disaster management plans as well as safety drills with various Hospitals under MOH.
Ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met based on the project time table.
Attending conferences and briefings on new products and networks.
Writing reports and documentation to management and MOH.
Prepare and present presentations and training for new low voltage systems and safety procedures to Hospitals’ staff.
Liaising with suppliers, hospitals, directors, MOH and other teams of staff.
Undertaking relevant research (new low voltage systems and technologies).
Analyzing and interpreting data.
Providing technical support for hospitals’ staff (CCTV, SMATV, Network, PBX, Nurse calling system, fire alarms).
Organizing and attending meetings with hospital management and MOH to discuss work progress, potential systems upgrades and address the current issues if any.
Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Provides product, service or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions & requests.
Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers.
Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff.
Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
Designing low voltage plans (CCTV, SMATV, PBX, Networks).
Assisting in supervising the installation and operation for low voltage systems.
