- Resolve 700+ weekly customer inquiries via phone (inbound & outbound call), email and face to face consistently exceeding targets.
- Using CRM & AVAYA system for the customer data and daily reports.
-Provide support and join improvement based methods.
-Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement.
-Expertly handle customer problems and complaints, seek feedback and refer them to the appropriate persons.
-Follow up on pending issues and cases through e-mails, callbacks and coordinating with respective departments
-Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits.
-Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
