-Carrying out microbiological tests : T.P.C(total aerobic & anaerobic plate count of bacteria), coliforms bacteria, staphylococcus aureus, yeast&moulds, enterobacteriacaea, salmonella, clostredium, lactic acid producing bacteria, bacillus sereus, spores (aerobic&anaerobic) for the raw material, final products, swabs and samples from the manufacturing process according ISO methods.
-Following up and study the shelf life of the final products and sharing with research and development crew to detect the shelf life period of intermediate products by physical and microbiological tests.
-Follow up the cleaning and sanitation program and sharing in develop it to achieve the GMP .
- Activation of micro.lab.quality assurance according ISO 17025 & ISO 2718 .

-Following up and study the shelf life of the final products and sharing with research and development crew to detect the shelf life period of intermediate products by physical and microbiological tests.

-professional in chemical tests of meat products
carrying out chemical tests for pasta and wheat as moisture, fulling number, amount of elements& ash, gulotien protein concentration.
-Following up production lines : date, weight and all GMPs .
-Following up cleaning and sanitation program .
