o Develops tools and mechanisms for effective and efficient M&E Programme activities targeting key population at highest risk, vulnerable groups, youth and women at reproductive age including capacity building and technical support for CSOs, coordinates compilation of related programmatic data and provides accurate and up-dated programmatic information to HIV Programme Analysts.
o Lead the M&E, Inspection and Oversight Management for the Health Programs Supported by UNFPA in 11 states for the HIV and STIs programs.
o Promote Knowledge sharing and continuous learning, testing and documenting innovation strategies, approaches, lessons learning and best practices.
o Act as Programme Communication focal person for providing support to the communication unit in the country office.
o Provide other forms of assistance as required and instructed by the direct supervisors.
