liquidations, and share transfer procedures.
Consultation services that discuss, define, and cover:
Employment Laws, Corporate Laws, Industrial Laws,
Trademarks Laws, and Investment Laws.
Monitoring the changes and amendments in Iraqs
legislation.
Manage corporate disputes, including filing lawsuits,
observing, assessing, and instructing external
attorneys to develop a legal strategy that benefits the
company.
Manage and assess the companys external attorneys
to ensure success in the assigned matters.

Provide high-level legal assistance to update the
files of local and foreign corporations in the relevant
departments.
Effective assistance in importing the clients goods
by issuing Importation IDs and certificates.
Provide high-level legal assistance to license local
factories and follow up to issue the required
approvals.
Licensing foreign insurance corporations by the
Insurance Bureau, by ensuring all legal
requirements are met for their operation in Iraq.
Issuing security approvals to foreign corporate
branches headquarters and legalizing their lease
agreements.

Provide the clients with high-level legal opinions
that cover: Corporate Laws, Employment Laws, and
Investment Laws.
Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts (e.g.

Representing the clients in investigation procedures
before the competent courts
Monitoring the changes in Corporate Laws and
Employment Laws in Iraq.

Supervise the corporate departments attorneys to
follow up and set up local and foreign corporations.
Define and solve labor issues, follow up with the
relevant departments, and provide proper
consultations in this regard.
Prepare and review legal documents of the
corporations to ensure the documents meet the
applicable regulations.
Provide the clients with proper legal advice that
covers: Corporate Laws, Employment Laws, and
Investment Laws.
Representing the clients in personal status
investigation courts.
