• Processing all purchase requisition from various departments of DHA and handling inquiries to various sources of supply to coordinate with Tejari.
• Preparing purchase orders, Releases form Blanket contracts, etc.
• Attending the complete quarries to the suppliers regarding the summary of quotation
• To ensure Timely deliveries and quality of materials and meet urgent requirements of each department under DHA.
• Responsible for directing and managing warehousing, shipping, receiving, material planning and handling, material distribution to Cost Centers.
• To settle the discrepancies related to the delivered items, quality, country of origin, catalogue number, etc.
• Creates new inventory code in the specific organization as per the End users approvals.
• Update all the parts numbers, description of the items whenever informed by the supplier and approved by the End user.
• Co-ordinates with the End user for any matter regarding obsoletes, change of delivery, replacement from the supplier incase of any.
• Cancellation, de-activation and removing of dead/discarded stock items from the system as per the approval of the End user & his Head of Unit.
• Maintaining all the updates records of the urgent items, summary of quotation for future reference.
