Create long term restaurant objectives & action plans for Quality, Services, Cleanliness, sales, profit, & people development
•Holding controllable profit & lose line items within budget, & reconciling the monthly P&L.
•Adherence to all applicable labor laws, McDonalds personals policies, security & safety procedures by all employee
•Training, Performance appraisals, wage reviews, & motivation of all restaurant employees
•Recruitment & retention of an adequate staff
•In-restaurant administration of employee benefits and payroll procedures, including reporting to head office
•Management crew meeting, crew opinion surveys, & communication sessions
•Local marketing & in-restaurant extensions of co-op and national promotions
Gathering customers feedback & judging patterns, trends, initiating specific actions to continuously improve total customer satisfaction
•Evaluating results of short & mid-range objectives of the restaurant
•Maintain QSC levels in the restaurant at all times
•Managing crew training
•Executing the restaurant retention plans
•Completing & analyzing restaurant reports & formulating corrective action plans
