➢ Study Type of Contract and general, Particular conditions, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), issued for comments drawing (IFC), Scope of Work, Create Request for Information (RFI) & and request for proposal (RFP).
➢ Study the Shop drawing according to the Issue for Contract (IFC), bill of quantities (BOQ), site instructions, and Technical Specifications, and coordinate Between Architecture & Civil & and MEP Items.
➢ Review & Create a Quantitative Survey for Architectural and civil Items & Create a Tracking Sheet and Comparison Between Subcontractor invoices & and client invoices.
➢ Create the Sub-Contractor Invoices, Concrete bills, and Purchase Order bills with a review of the contract and its appendices.
➢ Create and submittal Material submittal and prequalification and datasheet.
➢ Follow up with the financial department from where (Contractual review, deduction rates, the date of exchange of the invoice).
➢ Review Store balance and compare it with the quantities supplied.
➢ Preparing and presenting Request for Variation Orders (VOs) Including All Documents like (Price break, Price analysis, Study for Activates, Subcontractor offer, sketch Drawing for the item, latter from the Owner or consultant (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction CVI … etc.) for the activities created after send Notice of claim Coordination with Contract Department and QS department.
➢ Determine the priority of disbursement to contractors and suppliers and follow up on payment with the financial department (Cash out).
➢ Preparation Data for Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) from where Quantitative Survey QS, Material on site MIR, Summary log for Variation Order.
➢ Review the Shop Drawing to make sure of increasing Quantities According to (Site instruction SI - Request for Information RFI).
➢ Estimate quantity and costs of needed materials.
➢ Review & and Submit material and follow up on Purchasing requests for Material, Store withdrawals For Self-execution and subcontractors.
➢ Review the Price Compression Sheet to estimate the Cost of Subcontractors for Different items with the Project Budget and achieve saving value and percentage before creating their contract.
➢ losses of material raw from the execution of the items & Price analysis for execution rate with the materials control.

؞ Realization of Technical Office policies and procedures.
➢ Prepare the project documents (schedule, BOQ, shop drawing, Contracts, Quantitative Survey, etc.)
➢ Prepare shop drawing and Factory drawings processing & and calculation sheet for.
➢ Do claim analysis & and reply according to contract clauses.
➢ Performance and productivity studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs & and cost analysis Of the Project.
➢ Coordinate with other Engineering drawings such as Architectural, MEP, Precast & Shuttering Drawings .
Identify materials and equipment needed on site.
➢ Measure the work done on site and prepare reports.
➢ Estimate additional costs of design variations.
➢ Prepare half monthly Payments for Subcontractors and calculate cash out.
➢ Work as a coordinator between main Contractor and Sub-Contractors
➢ Monthly preparation of Client invoices according to the progress and calculation cash in.
➢ Prepare a complaint paper sheet Study the specifications, monitoring, and control of the quantities of raw materials and their quality in the installation method and study and present Material submittals to owner & and consultant by the main Contractor.

➢ Ensure that the progress at the site is as per approved time schedule, inspect work done, samples, materials, workmanship, ensuring compliance with project documents.
Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications, & method of statement
➢ Follow-up of Contractors, Estimate Quantities for requirement material.
➢ Measure the work done on site and prepare reports.
➢ Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the progress and manpower.
