Provide leadership and project management oversight with respect to manufacturing, engineering, and procurement of two Automated People Mover (APM) projects, valued at $200+ million, in the Middle East, including, new King AbdulAziz Intl Airport in Jeddah and Dubai Intl Airport. Monitor the production and testing of the vehicles to ensure the client’s requirements are met according to schedule and quality standards. Lead project team and suppliers to analyze quantifiable measurements, allocate limited resources, and consistently achieve project milestones under strict time constraints. Simultaneously, manage engineering team to design and procure the platform doors and upgrade the existing APM system within the new station at the Frankfort International Airport.
Directed and led project team and subcontractors to provide project management support for the new King AbdulAziz Intl Airport (KAIA) project onsite with respect to monitoring and reporting and deliver the project on schedule. In addition, improved customer retention by effectively dealing and interfacing with difficult client and managing to build a strong relationship and meet expectations .
Leveraged senior-level leadership abilities in a hands-on environment to provide project tracking, control, and resource allocation in an effort to develop departmental policies and procedures, implemented by corporate staff.
