- Responsible of procurement process, from receiving purchase request or demand list, negotiate with suppliers about payment terms, PO creation and follow up payment process, LC creation if required.
- Follow up with Regulatory department the registration process, to verify that requested products are complied with SFDA’s regulations and can be imported to Saudi Arabia.
- Follow-up with international manufacturers and suppliers the Documentation process, to insure the shipping documents will be sent to avoid any obstacles could be happen with customs clearance process.
- Communicate with Insurance companies to get best insurance policy and to get our shipments insured.
- Communicate with shipping forwarders and Express service providers, to get best rates and arrange Pick-up and shipping according to our promise dates to end users.
- Daily follow up with our couriers and customs brokers to get updates about our shipments.
- Organize and Manage all formal correspondent and transactions related to logistics department.
- Reporting my upper managements with Orders & Shipments status daily or weekly, quarterly reports, open communication with other departments to get our department linked in company business cycle.
- Coordination with warehouse team for delivery and receive any compliances related to shipments deliveries or shortages.
- Escalate any shortage or demurrage compliant to our suppliers or insurance companies, leading communication to get accurate that we get compensated .
- Utilize my experience in SALEEM, SABER and JEEM portals to arrange and issue the COC’s or IECEE or QM or shipment conformity certificates.
- Using my expertise in LC drafting to negotiate with our suppliers to acquire suitable terms for my Company.
- Utilize my experience in handling DGR and Temperature control commodities, Dealing with Chemical Permits from MCI and MOI and FASAH DGR or HZ approvals.
- Fully aware and capable with Import & Re-Export Regulations, Tariff HS codes, other relevant Regulations.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual physical inventory as well as reconciling inventory discrepancies, Implemented an audit process that led to 100% put a ways with no errors as well as successfully managing a SKU growth.

following up with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements and company bylaws.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle, strategically plan and manage
logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services, Coordinate and
monitor supply chain operations.
- Prepare accurate daily reports for upper management.
