Tahweel Integrated Company is a manufacturer of Stretch & Blown Films for wide range of packing and agricultural purposes, and it produces PPR, PVC & Silent PP pipes & fittings.
-Responsible for implementation and continual improvement of the product quality.
-Lead, Guide and control the quality of the product by implementing controlled test plan.
-Supervise employee's compliance with the requirement of work, technical specifications and quality plan.
-Responsible for the Implementation of ISO 9001 QMS process and procedures for the consistency in the system.
-Preparing and achieving related certificates for the products as per their respective standards and requirements.
-Approving potential supplier through assessments and evaluation for new and existing suppliers to maintain the incoming raw material quality.
-Arranging customer required documents such as Certificate of Analysis, Test Certificates, Declaration Letter, Third Party Inspection Documents, etc.
-Ensuring the lab equipment's run properly and arranging for its calibration at regular basis.
-To maintain company product standards and Quality policies.
-Investigate the product, process non-conformances and customer complaints.
-Identify root cause of the Non-conformance and implement effective and appropriate corrective and preventive action.
Alwasail Industrial Company are the largest manufacturer and supplier of polyethylene (HD & LD) pipes, fittings & irrigation equipment's.
-Responsible for all daily Inspection and Test to be carried out as per standards & specs.
-Conduct the internal ISO audit with other departments to compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
-Develop and determine standards to perform inspection and tests
-Responsibilities for Implementing & maintaining all the documents and procedures required for the certification related to Management systems, Products & Projects such as ISO, SASO, FM, NSF, Bureau Veritas, WRAS, etc.
-Supporting customer with their required documents related to quality.
-Coordinating with third party inspections as per customer requirement.
-Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
-To conduct raw material inspection, In-process inspection.
- To make sure the products are manufactured with at most efficiency and quality.
- Planning the production and arranging resources to complete it within the target time.
- Responsibilities of handling preventive and break down maintenance.
- In-charge of Evaporator Plant (falling film and force circulation method) and Boiler for treating the effluent water coming from RO.
- Responsible for making calculations and maintaining the product under the required specifications.
- Monitoring the TDS of incoming effluent water before going into the evaporator, and checking the output TDS to calculate the efficiency of the process.
- Trying different methods and finding efficient ways to Increase the quality of the final product, and to reduce the expenses in treating the Effluent water.
- Accomplish organization mission by completing related challenging results as required.
- Responsible for controlling & maintaining the Quality of product at the time of machining, assembling and at pre dispatch.
- Carrying out 100% pre dispatch inspection of the product.
- Document and update inspection, test and dispatch results by maintaining reports and logs on daily basis.
- With the help of different measuring equipment’s and standard methods, making sure the dimensions of the products are accurate and fall under the product requirement and approved design from the client.
- Attending customer complaints and implementing corrective action, and handling reworks.
- Visiting customer end to solve, if there is any critical and urgent issue.
