Document Control works:
• Ensure efficient and effective document control system on client’s project site.
• Hands on experience in Bentley Project Wise Software (Project Wise Explorer V8i).
• Proficient in Project Management Information System (PMIS) Software. Manage daily uploading and downloading of correspondence, drawings, transmittals and other documents on PMIS.
• Update all project spreadsheets.
• Assist in setting up all the company’s procedures for document control and ensure project documentation is controlled in accordance.
• Distribution of documents to relevant parties on project site.
• Follow up for priority items with relevant managers, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with all project parties to ensure timely reports' completion and compilation.
• Coordinate with Our Team and contractors to send and receive various reports, drawings, submittals and other outstanding issues.
• Ensure appropriate archiving of project documents.
Establish centralized and efficient filing system.
• Review reports of daily correspondence, drawings, transmittals and other documents.
• Coordinate with client for contractor submittal approvals.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of data reports for head office as required.
Conduct periodic data checks and validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Preparing Monthly Performance Summary (KPI)
Document Control works:
• Ensure efficient and effective document control system on client project site.
• Implement comprehensive document control system on project site as per client and PIL EDMS system.
• Ensure all project documentation is controlled in accordance with the company’s procedures for document control.
• Control and administer incoming and outgoing documents (submittals, transmittals, specifications, drawings, isometrics, correspondences etc.)
• Copy and distribute drawings and documents to relevant parties on project site.
• Prepare documents for technical proposals and clarifications for tendering projects.
• Prepare necessary data reports for various project parties in timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up for priority items with relevant managers, client and contractor.
• Implement and monitor the use of various form setups among project team members.
• Prepare interim payment application and monthly progress report.
• Preparing monthly calendar, time sheet for company and also payments.
• Ensure appropriate archiving of project documents

• Archive, copy, and scan all project documents as per policy.

• Coordinate with project manager to ensure knowledge of EDMS, PMP and PSP policy procedures, reports etc. used by PIL.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of data reports for head office as required.
• Conduct periodic data checks and validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure timely transmission of approved project change orders to the concerned stakeholders as per communication management plan.
