Successfully completed many 33/11kV substations in SEWA private substation both in SEWA and EWA.
Attend Site survey and study project requirement’s during tendering stage and coordinate with estimation team in preparation of technical and commercial offer.
Oversee the overall development, updates, standardization, and implementation of project Electric plans, procedures, works and standards. Plan and supervise the design, procurement and construction of temporary site installations and services.
Preparation of Shop drawings, technical submission, MSRA, ITP etc as per the project requirements.
Coordination between client, subcontractor, consultant and project management.
Arrange and obtain work permits, regulations, instructions from concerned authorities.
BOQ preparation and Material procurement for project related works.
Supervise Installation of low, medium and high voltage substation units including; switchgears, transformers, RMUs, capacitors bank, ATS, UPS, feeder pillars and HV, MV, LV and control/communication cables, joints, termination.
Attend site progress meetings with client, subcontractor, consultant and local authorities.
Coordinate with testing and commissioning team.
Preparation of payment certificate and invoices time to time.
Prepare as built SLDs and drawings.
Obtain references for company for future jobs.
❖ Coordinate with FEWA (Now EWA) and get new jobs for Company. ❖ Client and vendor interaction regard project progress, design review, site inspection request and arranging various NOC's and approval by coordinating with various govt entities. ❖ Preparation of shop drawing of as per design drawing from client/consultant, authority regulation and standards followed by approvals of the same.
Maintained Day to day operation of Airport Facilities like Substation, Airfield Lighting, Baggage Conveyor, Generator.
Lead and Participate in System upgradation of Airport facilities like Power upgradation, Airfield Ground lighting, Baggage Conveyor etc.
Respond promptly to emergency calls to address electrical issues and minimize production downtime.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications for GCAA audit purpose.
Manage electrical maintenance projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technicians, engineers, and project managers, to achieve common goals.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
