Study the Scope of work, Project Technical Specification (PTS) & other technical requirements.
• Visiting the site for collecting data if required for project Budget Estimation.
• Attending the Project technical review meetings/Technical discussions with client & vendors.
• Getting the preliminary conceptual drawing & detailed shop drawing with respect to the Architectural
drawings by coordinating with Client to pre-design the system in order to estimate precisely.
• Preparing & verifying the Technical Data Sheets/Catalogs/Manuals to submit Bid.
• Preparing & Verifying the Bill of Quantity (BOQ)/Material Take Off (MTO) for ordering the Foreign
material & Local material for further execution at site.
• Analyzing project technical specification documents that include Design concepts, Standards in order to
Quote / propose applicable Fire Systems.
• Perform responsibilities of study and understanding the Estimate criteria to define the requirements of
the systems.
• Estimate the quantities and price for Fire Protection, Sprinkler, Hose Reel, and Fire Fighting equipment /
Systems for commercial / industrial buildings / facilities with extensive knowledge of NFPA codes,
conceptual Design.
• Perform responsibilities of prepare tender bid proposals and offers and be able to discuss and evaluate
with the customers / contractors.
• Responsible for interpreting and estimating budget on basis of scope of the project.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM:
Estimate the Clean agent Fire Suppression system as per the NFPA-2001 latest Edition.
Estimate the Clean gent Fire suppression system as per the Client specification such as SEC Standards,
SABIC Standards HCISS and SAUDI ARAMCO Standard.
This application involves Class-C type hazards Mainly Electrical substation, Hazard areas such as Server
Room, LCC Panel, Control Room, Communication Room, Telecom Room, Battery Room, Switch Gear
Room, Cable tunnel, Cable Basements etc.
This application involves Class-B type hazards such as Fuel Storage Room, Generator Room etc.
This application involves Class-A type hazards such as Library, Archive Rooms etc
Estimate the Fire Fighting system as per the Client specification such as SEC Standards, SABIC Standards,
and HCISS Standard.
This application involves for Ignition Skids, Inhibitors Skid, Fuel Forwarding Pump House, CO-Heaters, and
other areas as per the requirements.
WET CHEMICAL FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM (KITCHEN HOOD):
Pre-Design the Wet chemical Fire Suppression System, as per the NFPA-16 latest Edition & the
manufacturer Estimate, Installation, and Operation & Maintenance (DIOM) Manual such as
Manufacturer Range Guard (KIDDE).
Selection of No of cylinders, type of nozzles, pipe sizing etc.
Estimate the Wet Chemical Fire Suppression System as per the Client specification such as SEC Standards,
SABIC Standards and SAUDI ARAMCO Standard.
This application involves for kitchen hoods, ovens, burners, deep fat fryers, flat surface fryers & other
areas as per the requirements.

Estimated the Fixed Water Spray Deluge System for the 8Nos of Transformers as per NFPA-15, & SWCC
Standard & Estimated the Fire Hydrant and Fire Hose Cabinet System for the entire RO-Desalination plant
as per NFPA-14 & SWCC Standard.
