Fully responsible for key accounts clients finance activities.
Leads financial dispute & reconciliation of key clients account, report & recommend suitable course of action when needed.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Reporting of Daily and monthly MIS reports to top management.
Closing of monthly accounts.
Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, B/S and Cash flow statement.
evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenue.
Analyses and report to top management the profitability of key client accounts.
Expedite the recovery of receivables by constant follow up through emails and reminders to make sure smooth cash flow.
Participate in annual budget and assist in prepare operational budget.
Regular review of control and ensure adequacy.
Revamped AR, AP procedure and ensure streamlined standard of practice.
Conduct annual physical Inventory counting.
Liaise with auditors for annual audit and make necessary arrangement.
Frequent audit and review of invoices and make sure merchandises are delivered to intend client.
prepare financial management reports
ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
continuous support to management for preparation of budget and forecast activities
prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
Prepare the Debtors ageing report to show the age of each debtors and highlight the critical ageing customers and bring in to management review for speedy recovery or action.
Send regular reminders and follow up with sales team for overdue customers to bring in the cash flow
Periodical inventory counting on sample basis to ensure stocks are under control in physical form
Invoice auditing to ensure goods are delivered to intended customer without any disputes
Review of stock in out procedure to ensure sound internal controls are in place and duties are segregated to mitigate any risk associated to inventory.
Responsibilities include filing of quarterly statement with US Sec.
Preparation of Financial Statement of US clients using XBRL accounting application. ( eXtensible Business Reporting Language).
Communicating with the clients on XBRL reporting issues.
Review of work carried out by subordinates.
Meet client’s deadlines.
Updating the team on technical updates
